The 630th Radar Squadron is a previous designation of a provisional United States Air Force unit. It is assigned to Air Combat Command, and was last stationed at Howard AFB, Panama. It was last inactivated on 1 June 1999.

The unit was a General Surveillance Radar squadron providing for the air defense of the United States.
